Reservation Request Form

FALL 2018 RESERVATIONS ARE NOW OPEN!

This form should only be used to request one of the following facilities managed by the Office of Student Life:

  • Stern Student Center (including the Stern Garden)
  • Cougar Mall (non-amplified sound)
  • Rivers Green (non-amplified sound - LIMITED EVENTS)
  • Education Center Lobby
  • RITA 101 (beginning August 21, 2018 - special events only)

Note: If you do not see the facility listed above that you want to request, please review the Venue Contact Information web page.

This form is ONLY a request. Reservation requests must be received a minimum of 5 business days prior to the proposed event. Events requiring extensive setup must be submitted 10 business days prior to the proposed event. Your reservation is not final until you have received a written confirmation from the Office of Student Life.

Please choose one of the following categories based on your affiliation to the College of Charleston. Reservations submitted by student organizations must be submitted by a current student with an @g.cofc.edu email address. Reservations submitted by faculty/staff must be submitted by a current faculty or staff member with an @cofc.edu email address. All other reservations should be submitted using the Off-Campus Organization form. Applicable fees apply.
