Stern Center Digital Signage

CofC departments, offices and student organizations may submit flyers and announcements on the Stern Center digital signs through the Digital Sign Form. Submissions should be sent at least five (5) business days prior to posting date. All submissions must include:

  • Contact Name and organization
  • CofC Email address
  • Dates for the submitted material to run

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMITTING MATERIALS:

  • Materials should be in JPEG or PNG format
  • Horizontal orientation
  • 1920 x 1080 pixels

Note: If you have a vertical flyer, you may submit the flyer; it will be centered on the screens.

TIPS FOR CREATING DIGITAL SIGNAGE MATERIALS

Have a PDF? You can convert it to a JPEG!

  • Open the PDF
  • Select the FILE tab and SAVE AS
  • Select the location to save
  • Click the Save As Type and select JPEG

Easy way to create a compatible JPEG – Use PowerPoint!

  • Open the PowerPoint slide. ​
  • Click the File tab​
  • Click Export from the menu on the left​
  • Click the Change File Type button​
  • Select JPEG File Interchange Format​
  • Click Save As​
  • Save the slides you want displayed.
